2024 Tank Talks - Lawrence

Tank Management Services (TMS) will hold a host of meetings called “Tank Talks”.  Topics to be discussed include: KDHE update on permit renewals & 3-year cycles, KEIMs & redesigned forms, penalty matrix & enforcement process, new testing requirements, walkthrough inspections, staffing update and issues that are being seen in the field. 

The purpose of Tank Talks is to provide an opportunity for AST & UST owners/operators to gather new information on storage tanks & hear presentations on compliance.  They will also give you the opportunity to participate in an open forum with representatives of agencies that regulate ASTs & USTs.

NOTE: Although this meeting provides very useful information for AST & UST owners/operators, it DOES NOT take the place of an Operator Training class for A/B operator training certification.
